Asperger's Syndrome. (pronounced Assburger)
0.3% of children suffer from this condition. Children with Asperger's Syndrome have poor social skills. They can not read the social cues and, therefore, they don't give the right social and emotional responses. They can lack the desire to share information and experiences with others.
When meeting a person who seems to have an alienated, odd, inappropriate affect, it is proper and acceptable to refer to them as an ASSBURGER.
Every classroom and workplace has at least one assburger. If you can't identify him/her, it's YOU.
I'm all about giving credit where credit is due, so it should be noted that I learned this tidbit from reading the enlightening works of gerg69. The credit for my discovery of said enlightenment goes to the always charming and attractive yet curiously shy his-holiness, also known as Sinclair Klugarsh, or just Dan.
