BLUE OCTOBER!
BLUE OCTOBER!!
BLUE OCTOBER!!!
Listen people... if you get a chance to go see Blue October play live, you should do it. They are so AWESOME. I go to a lot of concerts and this one brought me more sheer joy than any I've ever been to before. It was just... so good. They make it all look so effortless.
You should get their CD "Foiled for the last time". It was released in September and it has the studio recording of "Foiled" plus a live performance CD. It's excellent. Both of those CDs are great. These songs have a lot of meaning to the lead singer, Justin Furstenfeld. He lived this stuff he writes about. He is from Houston, so part of his family was there for the show and Justin did a nice tribute to his Dad and his brother. There was a lot of interaction with the audience and a feeling of true appreciation for the fans. It was a lovefest, guys.
::sigh::
Next week I'm seeing Seether, Breaking Benjamin, and Three Days Grace.
Feel free to hate me openly.
hehe
