It's not quite 10:30 in the morning, I am well rested, and Myra has just shuttled the little ankle biters off for the day!! WOO-HOOOOOOO!
LOVE EM - MEAN IT
But I loves to spend me a Saturday relaxing on the couch, watching inappropriate shows on cable.
I have "On Demand", which is DA BOMB, and all the HBO and Showtime Series are on the menu. I've already over the past several weeks watched the first three seasons of Oz and I've just gotten into season 4. I like that show. I can't watch it with the kids around, so I wait for my chances.
I'm happy because I don't have to go christmas shopping, I don't have to go to work, I don't have to do anything but haunt my house today.
There are also some movies on the menu that I want to watch and I can't usually watch movies because the kids make too much noise. I'm one of those people who likes to hear every bit of the dialogue and catch all the nuances and you just can't do that with one kid using you for a punching bag while the other one screams something incoherent in toddlereze.
It was good to see the 2 year old playing and feeling better this morning. She's been real sick. I think she's on the mend now.
I had a great chance to make fun of the 8 year old. That's always good. I laughed at him, AND POINTED, while his mother was scolding him. Yesiree Bob, I LOVE to do that. It's so funny. I point at him and laugh silently while hanging my tongue out in his general direction. I pointed at him with all ten fingers and all ten toes. Muwahaha. Sometimes he laughs and protests when I do these things and sometimes he just gives me the flatest stare ya ever did see. High comedy.
I'm a big fan of the flat stare.
I think I hear my TV and my couch calling my name.
